Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, future billing, access periods, and refunds are handled for Apuope.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund the current paid billing period.

2. Refunds
- Monthly plans: No refunds are issued for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
- Annual plans: Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law, including applicable consumer withdrawal rights.
- Unused time: No refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
Important: Digital subscription access may begin immediately after purchase. Where applicable law gives a withdrawal right, that right may be affected if the user requests or accepts immediate access to digital content or services.
3. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases.
However, this right may be limited or lost where digital service delivery begins before the end of the withdrawal period with the user’s consent and acknowledgment, where permitted by applicable law.
4. Failed Payments
If a recurring subscription payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended or canceled after payment retry attempts or after the payment provider marks the subscription as unpaid or canceled.
5. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Apuope does not store full payment card details.
6. Refund Requests
Refund requests can be sent by email. Please include the email address used for the subscription and enough information for us to identify the payment.
